About this tour

Day 1: The ascent and sunset
Our adventure begins at 4 PM at the meeting point in San Pedro La Laguna. From there, we board a vehicle for a 45-minute ride to Santa Clara La Laguna, where the guide gives the instructions to start the hike. The ascent on foot takes approximately 45 minutes at a moderate pace. When we reach the top, we watch the sunset and set up camp. We share dinner around a campfire and spend the evening together under the stars.
Day 2: Sunrise and return
We wake up at 5 AM to wait for the sunrise and have breakfast. After enjoying the scenery, we break down the camp and begin the 25-minute descent to the vehicle, followed by a 45-minute transport back to San Pedro La Laguna at 8 AM.

3Is this tour suitable for kids or older travelers?
Yes, as long as they're comfortable with a short uphill walk in the dark and an early start. Children should be accompanied by an adult. If you have mobility concerns, feel free to message us beforehand so we can advise you.
